Thank you for visiting and shopping atΒ Wrinkled. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return Policy.
Return Policy
Wrinkled offers store credit only, and all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a store credit, all items must be returned in the same condition you received them, unworn, with tags attached, and proof of original purchase. Returns can only be processed at the original location where the purchase was made.
Once items have been returned, Wrinkled staff will thoroughly inspect all items in person and will notify you of your account changes. Wrinkled reserves the right to decline any return.
If your return has been approved, a credit will be issued within our system for in-person or online use.
In-Store/ Local Pick-up Orders
In-store purchases and local pick-up orders can be returned only for store credit within 7 days of purchase. This excludes all final sale items. Returns can only be processed at the original location where the purchase was made.
Wrinkled returns for store credit only and no monetary refunds.
To be eligible for store credit, all items must be returned in the same condition you received them / unworn, with tags attached, and proof of original purchase.
All in-store orders must be picked up within 90 days, or they will be marked as abandoned and will become Wrinkled's property.
Online Shipping Orders
Online orders can only be returned for store credit within 7 days of you receiving the item(s).Β
All shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be added to your store credit.
Final Sale
All bodysuits, swimwear, hats, hair accessories, shoes, sunglasses, belts, jewelry, all local goods, andΒ all items marked final sale.

You are responsible for paying all shipping costs/insurance for your items being returned. Wrinkled is not responsible for any lost returns in transit.
