Thank you for visiting and shopping at Wrinkled. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Policy

We ship Canada-wide.

Shipping processing time:

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.

If your order includes items stocked at multiple locations, the items may need to be transferred before shipment. Transfers occur twice per week and may add 1–4 business days to the processing time.

During periods of high order volume, processing and shipping may take a little longer than usual. Please allow for additional transit time. If there is a significant delay with your order, we'll notify you by email or phone.

Please Note:

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses or for inaccurate shipping information provided at checkout.

If an order must be re-shipped due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Shipping Rates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

If the order is higher than $150.00, shipping is free.
